My opinion: Yes, the cost for this studio apartment is high, BUT you will get a ton of amenities, including a Peloton membership for the gym, rooftop pool, spa with the most comfortable massage chairs and a red-light Himalayan salt room, high ceilings, large windows, your own private terrace, doorman and security, a block from Food Bazaar, abouit a 10-min walk to stores like Target, Sephoria, Bath and Body Works, etc., and the 125th subway stop is literally right around the corner. I fell in love with this unit when I saw it, and I know you will too!

(*I'd like to keep my large furniture here since I will only be gone for a few months. I'm up for negotiating this, though!)
