24 hours Doorman/Security. The building has a secure package/delivery area, so packages and food deliveries are rarely lost or stolen. Very clean in building laundry room and mail room. Very clean and convenient trash room on each floor. The unit is generally quiet with good sound insulation.
Incredible location and neighborhood. 3 min walk to metro station(line 1, 2, 3), 1 min walk to bus stop(M104, M11, M07), 7 min walk to trader joes, 13 min walk to Whole Foods, Target, HomeGoods, TJ Maxx, CVS, etc. Massive great restaurant/cafe/bakery/fast food/healthy food nearby. Walkable distance (2 blocks) to Central Park.
About 15-20 min commute to Columbia University Morningside campus by public transportation. 25 min commute to Times Square by metro.
The apartment will be mostly unfurnished, but there is a murphy bed. I may be able to leave a mattress and an office chair if needed, and if subtenant contacted me before 5/26.
The lease ends on 7/31, and the subtenant will be responsible clearing the unit and returning the keys on or before that date.
Incentives
10% off on electricity fee. A mattress and an office chair may be available upon request. Reduce rent may be negotiable if signed by 5/26. Flexible move-in date around late May.
Additional fees
A refundable security deposit is required and will be returned after the sublet ends and the keys are returned, provided the unit is cleaned and there is no damage, unpaid rent, missing keys, or other charges.
