Lease: sublease, ideally 12 months, with some flexibility for the right person

At signing: first month + deposit

WHO YOU'D BE LIVING WITH:
We're a low-drama, professional household — friendly but independent.

Me: 33F, fully remote, I live on the basement floor. I keep to myself most of the time but love having friends over for a game or to watch a show. Out a lot on weekends and some evenings.
Roommate #2: 25M professional, fully in-office during the day, also out a lot evenings and weekends.
Kobe: my 5-year-old dog, and he's the best. If you're not a dog person, this probably isn't the right place — and that's totally okay.
