Fiance and I are relocating for work and genuinely would not be leaving otherwise. Lease takeover date somewhat flexible in early July.

As a corner unit, it feels notably more open and private than many comparable layouts in the building. The views stretch across Downtown Brooklyn, New York Harbor, the Manhattan skyline, bridges, and open sky — especially striking at sunrise and at night.

The apartment itself has a clean modern design with wide-plank flooring, in-unit washer/dryer, central air, integrated appliances, quartz countertops, and a thoughtfully laid out kitchen/living area that works well both for everyday living and entertaining.

This has been a great and comfortable apartment to live in — quiet, bright, modern, and very well-managed.
