The room easily fits a queen-size bed (pictured) along with desk, dresser, and shelving. The room has its own split-duct AC unit, closet, and private balcony with views of the Manhattan skyline.

The apartment itself is a 5th floor 4-bed duplex with a super spacious layout. This room is on the 1st floor, where the kitchen is, and shares a bathroom with the other floor's occupant. 2 other people live on the second floor of the duplex, which functions as our main living room.

Current roommates are great and super friendly, but also respect the need for personal space. We're a clean, easygoing, and respectful set of professionals in our 30s working in marketing/consulting/software dev.

Free shelving unit and dresser, if you want! Otherwise, I can remove from the room.

Additional fees

Fees: $2000 security deposit, credit check + application fee.

Paperwork: proof of employment, 2+ months of bank statements, credit, tax return will all be required for application.

Other info

One roommate is allergic to cats and some dogs, so while the building is pet friendly, our apartment is not :(

I've left behind my shelves and dresser for the next tenant if they want them, but they aren't required to keep them if they don't want them. If they don't want them, I will remove them before the start of their lease term.
