I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment in Williamsburg.


The apartment is in a fantastic location - about a 5-minute walk to McCarren Park, with easy access to the G and L trains, and close to some of the best bars, cafes, restaurants, shops, and green spaces in Williamsburg and Greenpoint.


The room itself is west-facing, bright, and gets beautiful afternoon light. It has great views of the Manhattan skyline and enough sun that my plants have been very happy here. There’s also a decent-sized wardrobe, so storage is easy.


The apartment has a generous layout, with a large main living room, a separate kitchen, and an additional smaller living/common area, so it never feels cramped even with four people.


You’d be living with three housemates - professional men in their early 30s who are a great bunch. They're respectful, easy to live with and keep the place clean. The current plan is to renew the lease in September for at least another 12 months, so this would suit someone looking for a stable place rather than a very short-term pad.


I’ve genuinely loved living here and am sad to be leaving, so I’d love to find someone who will enjoy the place and fit well into the home. Open to any gender.


I’m also happy to pass on the bedroom furniture for a small additional charge, including the dresser, sit-stand desk, chair, bed frame, mattress, and plants.
