my young son and i live in a treehouse— it’s lovely and sunny and colorful. we have an excellent eat-in kitchen, views of hell gate and the triboro bridge, lots of kids’ books and toys, and a twin adult loft over a full bed. no tv or microwave, though i have a cable box and working cable. if you love plants, i will leave mine for a renter to care for. our building is a village, with a playground and open track/courts right downstairs. extremely convenient to transit options. actual dates must fall between 7/17 and 8/14, it’s just shy of a month.
