This apartment honestly changed our quality of life in NYC. My husband and I both work from home, and with two cats and a baby-turned-toddler, having real space, natural light, storage, and separation between rooms became priceless during long winters and busy workweeks.

The sunsets are unreal, the light pours in all day, and the apartment somehow manages to feel both peaceful and connected to the city at the same time. We truly would not be leaving if we weren’t relocating across the country.
