The block is quiet already, and this apartment is in the rear of the building so basically no noise! Safest part of NYC, safe for solo women to walk at night.

Move in price would be first month as well as a $2500 security deposit that will be returned to you as long as the apartment is kept in good condition. Short term rental agreement will be signed by both parties.

This is my primary residence and I would only want to rent it to someone who I know is going to take care of it.
