Additional details include: ceilings over 9-feet high, two closets, bedroom dresser, a queen-sized semi-firm organic mattress with natural down comforter and cotton sheets, lovely hardwood light-colored plank floors, a full kitchen with new-like white GE appliances, a microwave, dishware, towels (kitchen and bath), and more. The bathroom is spacious and has a large bathtub while the showerhead emits fantastic water pressure. Air conditioners are installed in the living room and bedroom. Cozy little reading nook was recently added to the bedroom.

This extra clean and happy home has everything you need to be comfortable for the short-term.

The building is located across the street from the local 1-Train Subway entrance and only a 5-minute walk to the 190th Street express A-Train Station. Either train will get you door to door to Columbus Circle in less than 30 minutes and further downtown within 40 minutes.

This awesome neighborhood has endless grocery stores, amazing coffee shops, restaurants, and authentic NYC character. Unlike Central Park, the Heights' Fort Tryon Park is New York City's hidden oasis and a beautiful place to escape to and enjoy actual nature. Lots of interesting history in the area as well.

Verification of Renter's Identity and employment or school are required and first month's rental payment is owed upon agreement and key exchange. Security Deposit is also required (amount to be determined based on duration of stay).

Utilities: Heat, Water, and Wifi, Electricity, and Gas are included.

Laundry room is located in the clean basement of the building. Super lives on-site and is very helpful and kind. No smoking, pets (even though they're amazing), and polite courtesy to the neighbors is greatly appreciated. :-)
