We’re subletting our family home in Bed-Stuy, located on a quiet, tree-lined block just outside Stuyvesant Heights, off Malcolm X Blvd. This is a beautifully maintained lower duplex in a classic brownstone, offering plenty of space, light, and comfort.

On the garden level, you’ll find a primary bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, a kids’ room with a twin and toddler bed, a separate office, and an additional full bathroom. The parlor floor features a bright, open-plan living space with a large kitchen and dining area (complete with a dishwasher), oversized windows that bring in tons of natural light, and a balcony with stairs leading down to a private backyard garden. There’s also a convenient half bath on this level.

The finished basement includes laundry as well as a guest area with a queen sofa bed, making it easy to host visitors. The home is equipped with air conditioning throughout to keep things comfortable during the summer months.

This is a warm, thoughtfully designed space that we truly love, and we’re hoping to find someone who will enjoy and care for it while we’re away visiting family.
