Hi! This is for IMMEDIATE occupancy. I am looking for someone who is willing to move quickly within the next 1-2 days. This is for the month of May only, starting either May 1st or May 2nd in the morning. This is for my very beloved and pin-quiet studio on the Upper West Side. The lighting is amazing and it will be furnished with a couch, shelves, a burner on the stove, a microwave, a toaster oven (regular oven is nonfunctioning at the moment), 3/4 size fridge, and shelving for clothes. There is also a lovely, spacious bathroom for showering only (no baths). The location is amazing, so close to all subways and Riverside/Central Park. I am moving down to Chelsea and I need someone to finish the last month of my lease.
It's super important that you are very, VERY quiet, discrete, keep to yourself, and are non-smoking with no pets. Please tell me a bit about yourself when you are writing to me.
I will require a $100-$150 cleaning fee from whomever wants to rent this. Please let me know if you're interested and we can move forward quickly! :)
