This is a college dorm style apartment called Found Study Chelsea. Layout and furnitures are all similar to those of college dorms. The building only accepts students or interns. Internet, water, electricity are all covered. There's a laundry room in the building. There's a kitchen, common area and fridge in the unit, and another small-size fridge (with freezer) in each private single room. I'm trying to find someone to take the remainder of my lease for the summer term. My room is a single room in 12-room unit, so there are 12 residents sharing 2.5 baths. It's an all-female unit, and I'm looking for a female resident. The start date is flexible, which can start anytime between July 1st and July 10th based on request, and the end date is Aug 8th. The rent is $2200 per month, and another $513 for the last week in August. The total rent for this period can be between $2200-2700 depending on the start date. This is a lease transfer.
