This is a bright, comfortable, and very easy-to-live-in studio. The apartment gets soft morning sunlight that is not harsh at all, so it feels warm and peaceful in the morning while still staying bright throughout the day.

The studio feels spacious for a studio layout, with enough room to separate sleeping, working, and relaxing areas. It has been a very comfortable home for daily life, studying, working from home, and resting.

The location is extremely convenient. Located at in Downtown Brooklyn, with Apple and Whole Foods right downstairs. Atlantic Terminal / Barclays Center is only about a 2-minute walk away, with access to multiple subway lines, including 2/3/4/5/B/D/N/Q/R/W. There are also many restaurants, grocery stores, banks, pharmacies, and daily conveniences nearby. It is a great location for students or professionals near Pratt and NYU Tandon.

The building is also very pleasant to live in. The doormen are always kind and helpful, and the maintenance team and management office are very responsive. Whenever I needed help or had a maintenance request, communication was quick and efficient, which made living here feel easy and safe.

This is a lease assignment. The incoming tenant must apply through the leasing office and be approved by the building. The application fee is $20.
