I am looking for a summer lease takeover for my apartment starting on June 1st. The lease ends on July 31, and you will have the option to renew if you wish. Rent is $2,480.49/month plus 1-time security deposit (1 month's rent). The Apartment is rent-stabilized, 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom with 2 closets, and in-unit Washer/Dryer. It is pet-friendly and has a large living room and bedroom (photos show a Queen-sized bed and 6ft long dresser with space to spare). The bedroom gets fantastic natural light and the window view is on a yard, rather than another building or someone else's window. The unit is on the 2nd floor in a walk-up building on a tree-lined, quiet street. There is great access to the subways with only a 10-15 minute walk to the A/B/C/D/1/2/3 trains. Times Square is a 15 minute subway ride away. Several attractions are within walking distance such as St. Nicholas park, Columbia University, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Target, Sylvia's, the Apollo Theater, and 2 rock climbing gyms.
