The second bedroom is currently set up as an office, though our team can easily convert it into a bedroom and install a bed within 24 hours upon request.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator, and access to the unit requires walking up several flights of stairs.

Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
