The subtenant will have exclusive use of the bedroom and a bathroom designated for their use. The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom but is intended to be used only by the subtenant.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, and clothing rack. The subtenant will also have access to the shared areas of the apartment, including the kitchen and living space, which are fully equipped.

The other bedroom is currently not expected to be occupied until mid-August, so the shared spaces will generally be available for the subtenant’s use during most of the sublease period. However, this arrangement may be subject to change.
