Roommate currently living in apartment: 21 year old woman. She’s clean, chill, and has a cat named Cardboard Box. Spends most of her time away from the apartment. Doesn’t cook often, so kitchen + living will be primarily be used by you if you chose.

Incentives

I am willing to pay for a portion of rent for June and July, and we can discuss a price for the month of May, considering that move in day is May 10th. I am pretty flexible about the price in general, and willing to work with you.
Also, I am trying to get rid of a lot of things (like clothes, books, bedding, my shower curtains, rugs, etc.). If you tour the apartment and anything catches your eye, I can leave them for you to keep for free!

Comes with bed frame, mattress, desk and chair, dresser, and night stand. Kitchen and living room have couch, coffee table, and dining chairs. I’m leaving living room TV behind also.
