The Helena is part of the West 57 collection of three luxury renovated high rise buildings. There is a weekday shuttle that takes you to/from Columbus Circle, and an extensive collection of indoor and outdoor amenities. There are views from the apartment (especially with the floor to ceiling windows in the living room) and from the rooftop terrace of the Hudson River as well as the New York skyline and New Jersey. Enjoy an uncrowded gym and a yoga studio on the 7th floor. There is a library, kitchen and comfortable room for working and/or socializing on the 9th floor, and the 8th floor has a tot room and a game room.

The apartment has a bright living room area that can accommodate a second bed or a sofa bed. It has four closets, including two in the bedroom. The bedroom can accommodate a king bed.

There is a laundry room on every floor with at least two washers and two dryers - doing your laundry when you want is never a problem and 99% of the time, you can do it just down the hall. The 20th floor is very quiet!
