This is my favorite apartment I've lived at in 10 years in NYC, but moving abroad and need to terminate my lease early. Newer building (I was one of the first to move in last summer), rooftop deck with grills, private balcony, washer dyer in unit.
I am looking to entirely assign my lease, not sublease, since I'll be moving out of the country. If you're interested in my furniture or anything in the apartment, happy to discuss.
