This is a private sublet with 100% solo occupancy. While the living room is locked for storage, you will have exclusive, private access to a massive living suite which you see in the photo that functions like a studio. Unlike typical "room for rent" ads, there are no other roommates—you will have the entire available space to yourself.

The photos provided show the exact space you will be using:

(1) Massive King-Sized Bedroom (12x16): Truly oversized for Manhattan; the square footage is comparable to, if not larger than, many standalone studios. This large room serves as your primary living and sleeping suite.

Photo 2: Shows the opposite view of the same room, featuring the closet and the door leading toward the kitchen.

Note: Photos show the room unfurnished to highlight the scale, but it comes fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, two leather lounge chairs, and a storage ottoman. (Furnished photos available upon request).

(2) Separate Kitchen (Photo 3): A dedicated, private room behind its own door featuring a gas stove and full-size refrigerator.

(3) Windowed Bathroom: Clean and bright with a full-size soaking tub (not pictured, but available to view during a tour).

Alternative: If not currently employed, recent bank statements showing savings to cover the 3-month stay are required.

Move-in Costs & Security

First Month’s Rent + 1 Month Security Deposit.

Deposit Refund Policy: Fully refundable at move-out, provided there is no damage to the unit.

Utility Cap: Electricity and gas are included up to $250 per month. Any charges exceeding this amount will be deducted from the security deposit based on actual billing.
