Hi! I'm looking for someone to sublet (Female & between the age of 19-24), from May 2 - June 29. Move out date cannot be later than June 30th, as my lease ends that day! The apartment will have furniture,, but the bedroom will not be furnished...however I can leave my bed frame upon request! You'll be sharing the apartment with two roommates who, like myself, go to NYU and are in their early 20s. Also, rent must be sent at the end of month prior to the billing period (ie: the rent for the whole month of June must be sent by May 28th). Let me know if you have any questions!
