I am subletting/re-renting my bedroom with large private bathroom and big closet room in a 2B2B apartment (1250 sq feet). It’s a very spacious apartment overall, with large living room and kitchen. Kitchen has dishwasher/microwave/garbage disposal/etc. The apartment has in-unit washer/dryer. The building has fitness center, yoga room, conference rooms, bicycle room and outdoor swimming pool included.

My apartment mate is a working professional who needs to travel a lot. She is 29, female. We are looking for females only.

The apartment is available from April 17 to September 6th, after which you can renew the lease if needed. You can get yourself officially added to the lease. I will take care of all the utilities
(Internet, electricity, gas, etc).

Please note that while the apartment is fully furnished, my bedroom will be empty, so you may need to get yourself a futon etc (living room has a large working space table with chair if needed).

Incentives

Can take care of electricity, internet and other utilities until lease end date of September 6th.

Additional fees

If you sign lease, credit check and background check will occur. We can share between us the roommate addition/removal fees

Other info

Pets allowed by building but we don’t want pets in our apartment.
