It’s an incredible studio apartment located at 13th & 5th. I’ve lived here for 5 years and absolutely love it—honestly wish I could keep it forever.

There’s also a unique layout with a railing separating the main space from a step-down area, which I use as a bedroom, so it feels more like a one-bedroom. It also has a balcony.
