Beautiful 7th floor apartment with views of both the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. It's a comfortable one-bedroom with good closet space, generous sunlight, washer/dryer in unit, and only steps away from Brooklyn Bridge park and plenty of green spaces. TimeOut Market is right across the street, with every kind of food you'd want, and access to several subway stops a short walk away (F, A, C, 2/3) and the Dumbo Fulton ferry stop.

The building is very modern and the maintenance team is excellent at taking care of any issues in the apartment. The rooftop is huge and there's always space to sit down and take in the views, with probably one of the best views of the Brooklyn Bridge. There are grills available to rent and plenty of tables, which have been great for hosting guests in nicer weather.

We're only leaving because we have to relocate for work, otherwise we would be staying here as long as possible! The neighborhood is alive and bustling but it also has its quiet moments, too. It's a walker's paradise, with plenty of neighborhood activities happening every month.
