We have lived in the building for 10+ years and loved it - the apartments are spacious, there are lots of amenities and proximity to the river, and the staff are friendly and caring. We are only moving because we've purchased a home, and will be sad to leave

Rent is $6820/month, electricity (ConEd) and wifi is additional. If you do a lease takeover for the full duration, we’ll reimburse you for the $20/person application fee and provide a $600 credit to make your effective monthly rent $6700

We plan to leave the apartment unfurnished, but we may be able to leave a few items if needed (daybed, entertainment unit, coffee tables / nightstands, a few kitchen supplies)
