Additional fees

Application Process: I'll share potential tenant contact info with Outpost, and they’ll send you the application. The potential tenant need to complete application, which has a $20 application fee.

Review & Approval: Outpost will review the application, conduct a credit and background check, and then request payment of the security deposit. Once the deposit is paid, Outpost will forward the application to the committee for approval, which typically takes about 24 hours.

Finalizing the Transfer: If approved, the new tenant will pay the first month’s rent and sign the lease.
