From me: The Offerman House really is a special building. It's got great old bones, a Danish building from the 1920. It's been recently renovated and features a really nice mixture of old and new. It doesn't feel like a boring glass and steel building, it feels very New York, but has new appliances and everything works.

The ceiling height is crazy high, 17 feet at its highest point. Tons of storage, quiet neighbors, washer and dryer in unit, it ticks the boxes. Downtown Brooklyn has so much new stuff going in nearby. Target, Trader Joes, Mixue all super close. Super close to all the major subways. 2/3 Hoyt and R Jay St are within a minute walk from the building.

I love the building, but am moving in with my partner and we wanted to go with a 2-bd unit, which they don't have available right now. The building is all rented up, so this is one of the only chances to get in.

The unit will be freshly painted, cleaned, and ready for move-in. I'll be taking the furniture with me when I move, but the photos in here are for sizing and comparison purposes.
