Looking for a tenant for my recently renovated apartment in the heart of Brooklyn, close to Prospect Park, steps from A/C and S trains, 15 minutes to Manhattan. High ceilings, lots of light, central AC and control over the heat (so rare for NYC apartments), dishwasher and new appliances. Both bedrooms are in the back with huge windows facing the backyard. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, and the best shower water pressure I've ever had in NYC. And the front room and kitchen make it easy to cook and relax, though why bother when you're steps away from some of the best bars, restaurants, and venues in the world!

Available January 15th or February 1st. It's fully furnished (though I can unfurnish it fully or partially for the right fit). Pets are fine after the pet application is approved by the condo board (this is super simple, they've approved all previous pets). Ideally looking for a 3- to 6-month rental, though I could do anywhere from 1- to 12-months.

No broker's fee. Open to negotiating rent depending on length of lease and level of furnishment.

Additional fees

I screen applicants through Zumper. Depending on if it's furnished or unfurnished, there may be a small move-in fee (required by my condo board). There is a small pet fee if you're bringing a pet (and a simple one-page application for the condo board).
