The unit is a corner unit with floor to ceiling windows in the living room that face south. We are located at the end of the hallway on the 4th floor with no unit next to us (stairwell) and no unit behind us (we overlook the landscaped roof of the building. Your only neighbors are the unit across the way.

The unit is a 2 bed/2 bath with the main bedroom having an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. The main bedroom is big enough for a king bed, dresser and more. The second bedroom is big enough for a queen bed and desk or as a office (currently has 2 desks and a Peloton bike). The living room is an open floor plan with the kitchen and dining space.

The building itself is a rent controlled building and our current rent is based on a COVID deal. It would be up to the new tenant to negotiate anything past our current lease which ends on 9/30.

This apartment is a huge steal for the neighborhood and everything that is opening and going on around the area. We are sad to leave but excited for whoever is next to take over the spot and call it home!
