Looking to sublet my unfurnished room in Ridgewood until the lease is up in September! There is a possibility for the subletter to take over the lease after that--and the apartment is rent stabilized!

About the room:
- Unfurnished
- Huge windows (the size of two sliding glass doors)
- Gets great light
- Fits a full or queen (I have a full bed for size reference)
- Enough room for desks and dressers
- Big closet, and very tall (great for storage)

About the shared space/apartment:
- Partially furnished (will be taking some of the stuff you see in the photos with me)
- Central A/C and heat
- Dishwasher
- Coffee machine
- Laundry in basement (and gym and bike storage)
- Stainless steal refrigerator and stove
- Private balcony
- Spacious living room (we fit a couch and TV unit along with a four-top table and chairs!)
- In nearly two years here, have never had an issue with pests

About me:
- I've been in NYC for over 4 years and was looking for a studio and one popped up!
- Have loved my experience in this space and neighborhood!

About my roommate:
- 27 yo woman working in Advertisings
- Works hybrid (both from home and in Manhattan)
- Quiet and clean

About the neighborhood:
- This apartment is right on the Ridgewood/Bushwick boarder!
- It's a 3-5 min walk to the Myrtle/Wyckoff station
- Tones of great bars and restaurants only a short walk away
- As a woman, I've always felt safe both in this building and walking around the neighborhood
- The new Whole Foods is being build a block over (plus 24 Food Bazaar across the street and Billy's Grocier around the corner)

About the subletter:
- Looking for a woman in her 20-30s with a steady income
- Someone who keeps a clean space and will be respectful of her roommate

Additional fees

A security deposit equal to one month's rent (will be returned when sublease is up)
