I am moving in with my partner and sadly leaving this beautiful 1BR 1BA in the gorgeous L'artusi building in the heart of the west village! Fun facts ----

(1) Recently renovated and never-before-lived-in (prior to November 2023) apartment with modern finishings and beautiful original slate gray marble fireplace (not functional but is a stunning center piece of living room).

(2) Pre war building with a modern, clean feel. I am very sensitive to bad air quality and have been very happy and comfortable and sleeping super well here for over a year now.

(3) Back unit facing into private courtyard = maximum south-facing sun exposure and super quiet. No noise from street or restaurant.

(4) Is a 7 min walk to beautiful west side highway (pictured) and less than 3-5 min walk to a multitude of the best restaurants in the city, including of course L'artusi (also pictured). People pay hundreds and wait for hours to eat at l'artusi, ask me for reservation tips ;) strongly suggested that fervent foodies apply.

(5) One of the units in the building is a storage and laundry with very spacious storage lockers.

(6) Small building (5 units total) with friendly neighbors and wonderful L'artusi staff downstairs. Iconic location and home, I don't want to leave ! but it is definitely tight for two people. Is a perfect solo oasis.

(7) As you can see from pics I am a chaotic maximalist (more is more) but there are certainly more simple ways to decorate the space :) have an elevated king bed as well with storage underneath.
