Property Details

Looking for someone to take over my studio at The Hub (333 Schermerhorn St) because I am moving out of the country. I've loved living here for the past few years, but sadly I have to say bye to it.

The studio is very comfortable with plenty of room for decorating. It's big enough to separate different areas such as for work, sleep, and eating. It has a large window, hardwood floor, and a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It also has an in-unit washer/dryer which is incredibly convenient for living in New York.

The location has great transportation all around. I've frequented Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street for A, C, and G train. There is Dekalb Avenue for B, Q, and R train. There is also Nevins Street for 2,3,,4,5 train. You can virtually get to anywhere near midtown Manhattan within 30 minutes which is a huge convenience factor for me living here.

The building itself is one of the nicest buildings in Downtown Brooklyn with great amenities (pool, gym, lounges, roof deck, 24 hour doorman, etc). I have loved the pool. It is one of the nicest pools I have ever seen, especially when the sun is shining through the glass roof.

I would honestly never leave this place if it was not for my situation. Please reach out if you want a tour of my apartment or even have questions regarding it. Happy to reply to all of them.

Incentives

I'm open to leaving some furniture in the unit for a small price. All Crate & Barrel top of the line furniture, probably adds up to around 10k

Additional fees

The gym membership is 75$/month, which is essentially your utilities bill. If you aren't going to use, then no additional charges.

You also need to file an application with the building management to take over my lease.
