Additional fees

A $1,000 security deposit is required for all bookings made through our direct booking website. The security deposit will be returned, less any damages, within 14 days of vacating the apartment.

Nice Stay's standard lease agreement must be signed prior check-in.

Pursuant to NYC law, this apartment may be rented for a minimum of 30 days.

Pets are allowed on a case-by-case. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring your pet and we will promptly get back to you regarding approval. If your pet is approved, a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $500 will be charged. The foregoing does not apply to registered service animals.

We kindly ask that you leave the apartment in the same condition that it was in upon move-in. An additional cleaning fee of $150 applies if the apartment is left in poor condition.
