Looking for someone to take over my lease at Alexan Cypress Creek apartments ASAP! Located at 9302 Fry Road, Cypress, TX 77433. It's a one bed, one bath unit that's 763 square feet. There is a washer and dryer included in the unit.

I've lived here since June 2025 and have had zero problems with this complex - it's actually been one of my better experiences in my 10+ years of apartment living, however, I've had to relocate to DFW for work. The lease runs through July 27th, 2026 with an opportunity to renew. The base rent is $1319/month, but with amenities included such as internet, water, trash, access to an on-site gym, etc., it typically runs me around $1475/month in total, give or take. It's a pet friendly complex too, though pets must be approved by the leasing office.

Please note that under the terms of the lease and my agreement with Alexan Cypress Creek, anyone interested MUST apply with the leasing office as if they were a new tenant. However, I'm happy to answer any and all questions about the unit myself too! Alexan Cypress Creek has also given me permission to search for someone to take over this lease.
