There are two bedrooms and one bathroom, in-unit washer and dryer, full kitchen including dishwasher, a small balcony, virtual doorman, and a great location close to a Q stop. Can provide additional photos and videos upon request!

Additional fees

The individual will need to fill out an online application, and email me the below documents to the landlord to verify application. They must have a good credit score and not have a criminal record. If applicants are foreign nationals, they must have an established credit score. Good credit means 700 or above. They must be able to prove with either a 2024 tax return or paystub that their yearly income in combination with the remaining tenants’ yearly income is 40x the monthly rent or more. Since the rent is $4,550, this means that the total yearly income for the unit must equals or exceeds $182,000. If the combined yearly income falls short of this figure a guarantor may be added. Combined income for all guarantors must be equal or greater than 80x the monthly rental rate or $364,400. They must also send me all of the below documents to the landlord.
