Property Details

We are looking for a roommate to sublease a space in a triple room at Waterside Square North. Your share of the rent is $800 a month, and utilities typically run around $50-$100. We are looking for someone to move in by April 1st, with a preference for someone who can stay through July 31st.

The apartment is a two-bedroom unit in a high-rise with great amenities. One bedroom houses two roommates, and the second (where the available spot is) houses three. The building features 24-hour doorman security, a fitness center, and laundry facilities. Because the unit is in Newport, you get incredible waterfront views of Manhattan and easy access to the community’s parks and shopping centers.

It is just a 5-minute walk to the Newport PATH station, which gets you to Christopher St in about 8 minutes. The overall commute to Washington Square is about 20 minutes during the path’s normal working schedule. It is also a short walk to the Hoboken Terminal and the Newport Centre Mall, providing easy access to groceries, dining, and retail.

A bit about us: We are all students at NYU. We are a studious but friendly group who balance a busy academic schedule with exploring the city.
