Property Details

Renting out my room in a 4-bed in the East Village/Alphabet City! I'll be traveling for a month and will miss it a lot--it's a cozy apartment with great amenities, including washer/dryer in unit, elevator and two huge bathrooms. There's also lots of natural light from the south-facing window, which has a really nice fire escape and view. Our street is pleasant and quiet and there's a lovely garden adjacent to our building.

You'd be living with three guys in their early 20s, all of whom are tidy, kind, and very friendly. You'll share a bathroom with one of them and the kitchen/common space with all of them.

The location is perfect for anyone who will be spending time in Union Square/Flatiron, East Village, Lower East Side, Williamsburg, etc. and is also amazing for access to great food, bars, music venues, galleries, cafes, Tompkins Square Park. There's also an unbelievably good and cheap grocery store right at our intersection.
