It comes with access to 7th and 8th floor amenity spaces, which include indoor lounge area, library, a game room and a movie theater that can be rented out at no additional cost. In-unit washer-dryer, great views of the city and plenty of natural light. Location is central to pretty much every subway stop you can think of. Right next to the Dekalb Ave stop and the 4, 5 and A, C lines are just a few blocks away. Trader Joe's, Target and other stores next door.

The apartment features high-end, fully integrated appliances designed to match the building's art deco aesthetic. Integrated dishwasher and refrigerator. Washer and dryer in unit. The apartment is available for the month of April, but I'm flexible on extending for two months if needed. Monthly rent includes all utilities + building amenities fees.
