Option to resign on the lease proper starting December 1st. The room has the option of being furnished at no additional cost including twin bed and desk/table.

Roommates are all friendly and East Asian and speak both English and Hindi.

Area is very safe and walkable late nights without worrying about crime. Has great restaurants and shops, while keeping a quiet suburban vibe. I am leaving because I prefer the more urban environment of New York City.
