This space truly offers a convenient and practical retreat for your stay in NYC!

3 or 4 guests:
This apartment has a full size bed which fits 2 people comfortably. If a 3rd guest is staying, then they can sleep on the futon couch, which could fit 2 people if the futon is flattened. (There's an extra fee for the third and fourth guest).
Please message us about the third or fourth guests and let us know if they'll need an extra blanket or towels with time in advance.

Stairs:
The apartment is in a walk-up building, only two short and fun sets of stairs.
Shampoo/Soap and kitchen consumables are not included. Please buy your own.

Incentives

No broker fee. Only one month deposit and first month rent is needed. (Deposit payment structure can be negotiable)
