Studio apartment with a private fenced backyard in a pet-friendly luxury building in Prospect Heights, available for move-in March 16 to April 15. This is a sublet with the lease expiring July 14, 2026. You will have the option to sign a 12-month lease at the end of my lease.

This unit has all the amenities - in-unit Washer/Dryer, dishwasher, air conditioning, and plenty of closet and cabinet space. The building has a dog park in the central courtyard, a gym, a rooftop with lounge chairs and grills, secure package room, and super lives in the building.

This studio is larger than many NYC studios and can fit a lot of furniture. I have a queen bed, small couch, lounge chair, tv/stand, bar table and two bar stools, desk and desk chair, two bookshelves, and shoe cabinet. The bathroom is very large with a bathtub and enough room for a dresser and an extra storage cabinet.

The location is amazing - between Washington Ave and Vanderbilt Ave, less than 15 minute walk to Prospect Park, and about 10 minute walk to the B/Q (7th ave), C (Clinton-Washington), and 2/3 trains (Grand Army Plaza).

WiFi is Verizon Fios, already installed. I can work with Verizon to transfer this to you and will pay the first two months' wifi.
