Hi there: We're a young couple looking to rent our apartment in Williamsburg. We ideally want a tenant from mid-March through end of September. We have flexibility though end of year so extensions can be discussed.

Our unit is in a luxury, full-service building across from Lilia (iconic Italian restaurant), a 2-min walk to McCarren Park, and a 7-min walk from both the Bedford and Metropolitan/Lorimer L and G train stops. We're about an 18 min walk from the JMZ.

Our third-floor unit is fully furnished and equipped with a dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, A/C + heating, walk-in closet, and handheld shower. The building offers a gym, 24-hr doorman, and Amazon locker for secure package storage. There's also an online portal for maintenance requests, which are tended to within 24 hours. We love the team here!

We get our apartment professionally cleaned biweekly, are smoke-free, and have no pets. Utilities not included.

Sublease requirements:

• Photo ID – State Issued Photo ID/Driver’s License and/or Passport

• Letter from employer stating current salary and any applicable bonuses

• Four most recent paystubs

• Most recent bank statement (provide actual statement, not a snapshot)

• Most recent tax return – Federal 1040 form

• Most recent W2 form

• Reference letter from current or most recent Landlord, including contact information

• Paid recent receipts or copy of rent ledger from the last two months
