This is a deluxe double room meaning it's a two person shared room. The room is furnished with two twin XL size beds, two desks, chairs, and a two-tier drawer. Below the bed offers lots of space for storage as well. The apartment includes a kitchen and an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen has a small stove-top, sink, microwave, and mini-fridge. The bathroom has a full shower, sink, counter top with storage, toilet.

There is already a roommate in the apartment who is friendly, mature, and a busy intern. If you are interested in this room, you would have to be a female, since it's a female unit.

However, this bed is on the side of the room that has a city view, right against the window, and access to the over head lights! The desk is also against the window facing the city. The room has great natural lighting.

The building itself has a gym, laundry room, huge communal kitchen, public bathrooms, several large and quiet study rooms, rooftop with ping-pong tables and seating, elevators, vending machines, coffee machines, and atm. The floor is 15, and has quiet hours. The company that owns the building is FOUND Study that leases to students and interns. They offer discounts around the area and offer social events to get to know people. Rent is due the beginning of every month. Utilities included (wifi, heat) and can control heating/cooling system in actual room. There is 24/7 security.
