We are listing this unit as we are moving to a two-bedroom apartment after welcoming a baby. We have lived here since 2022, when we first moved to Manhattan, and have happily stayed for three years. If we did not need the extra bedroom, we would absolutely continue living here.

4. The layout is very classic and practical, with square and rectangular proportions that make furniture placement easy. The primary bedroom is square-shaped and comfortably fits a king-sized bed, TV, and dressers. The living room is slightly rectangular and easily accommodates a four-person sofa and a work desk while still feeling spacious. Currently, we have a four-seat sofa, two work desks, and a dining table in the living area, and it still feels open and comfortable.
5. From a pricing perspective, this is a strong opportunity. The building is in a desirable neighborhood and is relatively new, and comparable units are currently listed around $7,100. Because we have lived here for three years, our rent is significantly below current market rates. This takeover allows you to secure the apartment at approximately $600 below market, and future renewals are likely to remain more favorable than current listing prices.
