The apartment is a 1-bedroom converted with a flex wall — your roommate occupies the flex room. You'd share the full bathroom (soaking tub/shower combo, granite vanity) and the kitchen.

About the roommate: I am a 25 year old male software engineer. I work in the office 5 days a week so the apartment is empty most of the day. I live a fairly active lifestyle. I work out 2-3 times a week after work, so on those days I’m usually out until about 7:30. I also line dance Tuesdays and Thursdays so I’m out of the apartment until around 11:30 or later. I enjoy going out on weekend nights as well. When I’m home, I’m usually playing video games or watching tv. I also picked up DJing as a hobby earlier this year, so I practice at home, usually during weekends or a little bit during the week (but not at late night hours). I am respectful of noise during late night hours, but I do enjoy listening to music throughout the day. I am a fairly clean person but I’m not OCD about it or anything. The main thing is keeping the kitchen clean (dishes out of sink) and common areas fairly tidy.
