Additional fees

Qualified applicants will complete a standard building application. The application fee is $20 per applicant ($20 per guarantor, if applicable). Applicants will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID, income verification (recent pay stubs or tax returns if self-employed), a recent bank statement, and a signed authorization form. Income requirements are 40x the monthly rent (80x with a guarantor). One month’s rent is due at assignment signing.
