You can apply though a link we provide to you at the building (The Addison in downtown brooklyn), and get approved to take over the lease from us from April 3rd to May 7th.
We are open to discussion other start dates, but the end date remains the current end date of our lease term.
At the point that you submit your information, you can also take over the lease - and would discuss payment and cost with the leasing company.
The apartment is 2 bedrooms, with one that is more than large enough for a king size bed, the other fits a queen with space to spare. Each has a good size closet.
The primary bedroom has a bathroom with a walk in shower, and the hallway has a 2nd full bathroom for guests.
Each room has wonderful lighting, and there is a laundry machine and dryer IN unit. There is also laundry in the basement should you require a larger washer or dryer for your towels or bedding.
The building is a doorman building with also a gym, sitting area, and outdoor area. It's extremely convenient to the subway - right above the A/C/G - and a very short walk to the other trains in Downtown Brooklyn.
We've loved living here - we just are moving to a new building right down the street!
The building is listed as 225 Schermerhorn -- The Addison, but the unit for rent is on the Livingston side of the towers.
Incentives
If signed, we are happy to pay 70/month for you to use our storage unit until the end of the formal initial lease period.
We are also happy to pay $60 for one membership to the buildings gym/amenities so you can use the facilities.

If employed, provide two most recent paystubs and Last
years’ signed tax return (1040 pages suffice) OR last years’
W-2
If starting a new job, provide a letter of employment
(dated within 30 days prior of the application) stating your
income.
If self-employed, provide a letter from their accountant
stating your expected yearly income.
We accept personal guarantors that are U.S. based with
income of 80x the monthly gross. Same income verification
documents stated above apply.
Ask if we are able to proceed with an institutional
guarantor such as TheGuarantors, and Insurent.
b. Two most recent bank statements (U.S. based bank
