Our apartment has 12' ceilings, and is flooded with light from oversized, western-facing windows, that overlook treetop and garden views.

Our large master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower. There is a 2nd bedroom on the other end of the apt and a 3rd room that is set up as a nursery. We also have aa bonus loft space that's has a king sized bed, additional storage, a tv nook, and a mini library.

We're in prime Clinton hill - just one block from the G, 2 blocks from a citi bike station, and access to multiple busses. We have a live-in super, and great friendly neighbors.

Incentives

Ideally, our cat will be able to stay in the apartment as she has done other summers. She is friendly, low maintenance, and we are prioritizing renters who are cat-friendly and are willing to offer a reduced fee.
