About my unit and why I am looking to find someone to find a lease assignee:

Hello. My name is Kenny. I'm a lifelong New Yorker. For professional reasons, I'm going to relocate to Florida and so now I need someone to take over my lease. My lease is up on April 30, and I'm looking for someone to take it over at the end of February. I am leaving the unit furnished and would like to find someone who will agree to take over the lease and also buy the furniture I am leaving behind.

The studio is awesome. I worked from home for a tech company and so I made it perfect for that set up. It's got everything you need - a full kitchen, a full bathroom, a lot of storage, and a nice office area.

If you like the studio, you can also work with the building on potentially signing a one year lease or two year lease with them. The rate at which I am offering the unit ($3,293.04) will be valid only for the remainder of the lease (i.e., until April 30, 2026). I do not know what the lease rate would be for you if you choose to renew this lease with building management.
